It's the middle of the school holidays, and if you're put off by all the kid friendly films out at the moment, or want a night away from the kidlets, Bad Teacher opens across Adelaide tommorrow. Kat went along to check out the new Cameron Diaz/Justin Timberlake film and lets us know if 'Bad Teacher' is any good.
This episode we also bring back an old favourite segment, 'Try this at home! (But don't try this at home)' where in studio we try out some classic moments from films. In Bad Teacher, Cameron Diaz has some unconventional teching methods, one being quizzing the kids and throwing a dodgeball at them if they get an answer wrong. So Kat has brought in some dodgeballs of her own and is putting Tristan to the test with some film knowledge!
In addition we have our new segment, 'It's Been Done', where we look at film that are maybe similar, inspired by or have similar themes to films out at cinemas now. This week we look at a bit of a companion film to 'Bad Teacher' with the 1995 comedy 'Major Payne' from Damon Wayans.
